Mold Eliminator

The spores of Mold and mildew are a natural by product of humid environments; They are particularly common in shower rooms and basements, but you don't want them living with you.So, instead of using harsh chemicals, like bleach, to banish Mold, there are natural approaches that won't harm your family, pets, or the environment.

Equipment

  • Spray Bottle

Materials

  • Vinegar

Instructions

  • Pour vinegar into a spray bottle.
  • Against Mold, it is more effective to apply the vinegar generously directly to the surface ( do not dilute with water )
  • Let it act for at least 30 / 60 minutes.
    Don't worry about the smell, it will go away soon! or you can use a homemade scented vinegar (Recipe Below)
  • Scrub and wipe it off
  • Rinse the area with water to remove any residue
  • Repeat until there are no visible traces of mold left.

Notes

For pretty small areas, you can apply tea tree essential oil directly.
Be careful, vinegar is acidic, so it may cause a chemical reaction and destroy some surfaces, such as stone, waxed wood, aluminum, and cast iron.
Mold spores can float in the air, so you need to protect your nose and eyes before you start cleaning.
