- Researchers have found that SANDALWOOD may be beneficial for managing anxiety by decreasing blood pressure control and cortisol levels.
How To Use It
To start studying, place 1 drop of each:
- Sandalwood,
- Lemongrass,
- Grapefruit,
- Rosemary
Pour with fresh cool water into your cold-mist diffuser.
If you don’t have a diffuser, you can add 1 drop of each oil in a cotton ball and let it on your study table ( over a saucer or something to protect your papers and table from the oil )
